PROGRAM POLICY
* The purpose of the 9-Month Rebirth Program is to support your personal & spiritual development, empowerment and growth. All guidance and information supplied to you during this program is to be used at your own risk and discretion.
* For your growing awareness this body of work operates on a deep level and may at times encourage the review of memories to surface physically, emotionally &/or mentally.
* Information supplied during this program should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, or that given by any other psychological/psychiatric professional used by you. If you are concerned about your health in any way, always consult a medical practitioner.
* Sarah Naia Soleil, Eva Louise Williams, &/or Chris Berry cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the information supplied, or for the failure to take medical advice.
* This program’s written & recorded content may be used for personal purposes only. Under no circumstances may these transmissions be shared, sold, or be repurposed by you for professional use.
* In the unlikely event that a dispute should occur, you agree to 1st contact Sarah Naia Soleil directly in writing to resolve the situation. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, you agree that all disputes shall be resolved pursuant to New Jersey State Law. By joining this program you also agree to mediate any dispute arising before resorting to arbitration or court action. Mediation fees, if any, shall be divided equally.
FINDERS FEE
* Due to the substantial and long-standing investment of time, finances, research, networks established, etc. by Sarah, there is a Finders Fee associated with this Program. As such, if I the participant choose to replicate any or all elements of this offering in the future for the purpose of financial gain including but not limited to the use of the provided Terms of Service, Registration Process, Format, Content, &/or any aspect of the Journey, etc. I will be held to the following terms:
* 1. Confidentiality. I the participant, will not share any proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information acquired directly or indirectly through my participation in this Program at any time & will not use any of this proprietary information for financial gain without first receiving the written consent of Sarah.
* 2. Letter of Intent. If I the participant choose to replicate any or all aspects of this Program in the future for financial gain, I agree to initiate the process by FIRST submitting a written letter of intent to Sarah by email in order to COMPLETE a Signed Contract detailing the associated "Finders Fee Terms" PRIOR to moving forward with any logistical planning/booking.
* 3. Compensation. If I the participant choose to replicate any or all aspects of this Program in the future for financial gain, 3-20% of the net revenue (revenue minus direct costs) received from such endeavors will be payable to Sarah within 30 days of said use &/or registration launch. In some circumstances, a flat fee paid in full upfront may be requested instead of a net revenue percentage. The final contracted percentages &/or amount(s) will be determined by & must be agreeable to all parties in ADVANCE of my use & is dependent upon the specifics of what is intended to be replicated.
* 4. Limitation of Liability. If I the participant choose to replicate any or all aspects of this Program for financial gain, I agree that under no circumstances shall Sarah be held liable to them or any third party for any damages resulting from but not limited to the loss of revenue, costs of delay, or failure of delivery, which are not related to OR the direct result of any party's negligence or breach.
REFUNDS
* One-time Payments: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.
* Payment Plans: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. In choosing a payment plan you agree to complete all payments in full per the terms, as outlined upon checkout.

02. Rebirth Connect
PROGRAM POLICY

SESSION CANCELLATIONS & PUNCTUALITY
* If you've booked a session and need to cancel, there's no fee as long as you do so in advance. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, re-booking will be at our discretion.
* If you do not communicate at all & do not show up for your session, it is effectively canceled with no credit due & re-booking will be at our discretion.
* As Sarah is also a Birth Doula, the need for rescheduling a session due to her attendance at a birth may arise. If this is the case, Sarah will be in communication with you as promptly as possible.

* The purpose of the 9-Month Rebirth Program, your 5 Sessions, & the Jordan Pilgrimage is to support your personal & spiritual development, empowerment and growth. All guidance and information supplied to you during this program is to be used at your own risk and discretion.

* Sarah will act with integrity to provide everything offered in the Itinerary within her control. Mother Nature, including the weather is not under her control. Sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the program. Sarah is not to be held responsible for any financial or other consequences due to the cancellation/delay in last-minute program changes or airline flights.
JORDAN PILGRIMAGE: PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
* As a participant of this Pilgrimage, you acknowledge that your life, well-being, and all decisions made before, during and after are your responsibility. You assume the risks of this Pilgrimage, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by Sarah. You release Sarah, and collectively release her heirs, executors, administrators etc. from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, claims, &/or demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which you the participant now have, or may have in the future.
JORDAN PILGRIMAGE: TRAVEL INSURANCE
* Travel insurance is optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you choose to purchase it, please make sure it covers Trip Cancellation &/or Interruption, including cancellation by the Tour Operator. It should cover your total program cost, all flights, baggage costs, medical needs, etc.
JORDAN PILGRIMAGE: PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
* By accepting the Terms of Service, Sarah assumes permission to use and/or publish photos taken of you as a participant in the Pilgrimage in print and/or electronically for the purpose of publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. If this is something you’re uncomfortable with it is your responsibility to send Sarah written notification prior to the scheduled Pilgrimage’s start date.
JORDAN PILGRIMAGE: SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
* There may be windows for posting on social media, yet most days will be reserved for unplugging and being present. 1. When posting pictures on social media, during or after our Pilgrimage, participants agree to tag @sarah.naia.soleil and #jordanpilgrimage in the copy of their text on Instagram. 2. When posting on Facebook, participants agree to tag Sarah Skogberg and #jordanpilgrimage in the text. Participants also agree to 1) ask for and receive consent from anyone they have pictures of before posting on social media & 2) refrain from using any photos taken during the Pilgrimage for future promotional purposes.

* Due to the substantial and long standing investment of time, finances, research, networks established etc. by Sarah, there is a Finders Fee associated with this Program, Pilgrimage, & Experiential Offering. As such, if participants choose to replicate any or all elements of the Program or Pilgrimage in the future for the purpose of financial gain including but not limited to the use of the provided Terms of Service, Registration Process, Accommodations, Format, Content &/or any aspect of the Journey or Itinerary, etc. they will be held to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality. Participants will not share any proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information acquired directly or indirectly through my participation in this Program or Pilgrimage at any time & will not use any of this proprietary information for financial gain without first receiving the written consent of Sarah.

05. Rebirth Retreat
SARAH’S RESPONSIBILITY
* Sarah will act with integrity to provide everything offered in the Retreat Itinerary within her control. Mother Nature, including the weather and the Dolphins, who are free, are not under her control. Sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the program. Sarah is not to be held responsible for any financial or other consequences due to the cancellation/delay in last-minute program changes or airline flights.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
* As a participant of the Rebirth Retreat, you acknowledge that your life, well-being, and all decisions made before, during, and after this Retreat are your responsibility. You assume the risks of this Retreat, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by Sarah. You release Sarah, and collectively release her heirs, executors, administrators, etc. from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, claims, &/or demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty, or equity, which you the participant now have, or may have in the future.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
* Travel insurance is optional. If you choose to purchase it, please make sure it covers Trip Cancellation &/or Interruption, including cancellation by the Tour Operator due to severe weather. It should also cover your total program cost, all flights, baggage costs, medical needs, etc.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
* By accepting these Terms of Service, Sarah assumes permission to use and/or publish photos taken of you as a participant in the Rebirth Retreat in print and/or electronically for the purpose of publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. If this is something you’re not comfortable with, it is your responsibility to send Sarah a written notification prior to the Retreat’s start date.
