Terms of service

To avoid confusion or dispute, please read the following Terms of Service Contract carefully.


*All participants are required to make a $300 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve a spot in the Doula Thrive Program.

*There are two payment options:

  1. ONE-TIME PAYMENT PLAN: Total Investment is $4,800. There is a one-time $300 Non-Refundable Deposit and a one-time payment of $4,500 that is automatically deducted from your card or account of choice on September 1st.

  2. INSTALLMENT PLAN: Total Investment is $5,000. There is a one-time $300 Non-Refundable Deposit and four installments of $1,175 that are automatically deducted from your card or account of choice on: September 1st, December 1st, March 1st, & June 1st.


*The $300 Deposit is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.

*The ONE-TIME PAYMENT PLAN is Non-Refundable. All sales are final.

*The INSTALLMENT PLAN is Non-Refundable. By agreeing to this terms of service you commit to making all 4 payments of $1,175 as outlined above.


*Students agree to keep all Doula Thrive content whether tangible, intangible, visual, electronic or otherwise confidential; holding it in the strictest of confidence and not disclosing such information to third parties.

*Doula Thrive students agree to use such Confidential Information solely for the benefit of their private practice and clientele.

*Our recorded group calls may be used for personal home use only. Under no circumstances may these recordings be used publicly, sold, or for additional purposes.

*Personal information shared by program participants may not be used or distributed in any way without written consent from the individual. This includes sharing on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Personal/Professional Blog.


*Sessions are intended to support personal & professional development, empowerment, and growth. All guidance and information supplied during sessions is to be used at the student’s own risk and discretion.

*Sarah Naia Soleil & Caitlyn Undreiner cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the information supplied.


*If you need to cancel a mentoring session, please do so in advance. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, re-booking will be at our discretion.

*If you do not communicate at all & do not show up for a mentoring session, it is effectively cancelled with no credit due & re-booking will be at our discretion.
